MSP.net.au is an independent guide built by people who've worked inside the Australian MSP industry — as engineers, account managers, and operations leads. We started this site because choosing an IT provider is one of the most consequential decisions a small or mid-sized organisation makes, and most of the available information is written by vendors trying to sell you something.

We earn revenue through referral partnerships with vetted providers — never paid placements, never sponsored rankings, never a fee in exchange for a positive write-up. Providers must meet a documented set of standards (response time SLAs, security posture, references, financial stability) before we'll consider matching them with our readers.

Our editorial principles

• We disclose every commercial relationship.
• We don't accept payment to feature, rank, or recommend a provider.
• We update guides at least annually, with the date of last review visible.
• We publish our pricing benchmark methodology.
• We retain the right to remove a vetted partner at any time.
